Jane Walker’s fundraising stalls during Spring and Summer for lung infection research including pneumonia and bronchiectasis, continue to be a huge success in UCLH atrium. 
Supporters have bought more than a hundred of Jane’s handmade Easter and general cards and the Easter chocolates were extremely popular. A big thank you to Sostrene Grene for donating Easter goodies from their Tottenham Court Road shop and to friends of Jane’s for making beautifully decorated Easter baskets, knitted hedgehogs and knitted ducks each filled with a creme egg. The beautifully crafted beaded bee pens, earrings and gorgeous bag charms hand crafted and donated by one of Professor Brown’s patients very quickly sold at the Spring Stall on 17th April.
The March and April stalls raised £467.26 for Professor Brown’s research.
Jane will be promoting World Bronchiectasis Day at her stalls on 26th June and 10th July 2026 in the atrium at UCLH. A big thank you to The Yorkshire Soap Company for very kindly donating their Yorkshire Lass Hamper in support of our fundraising stalls.
