Jane Walker’s fundraising stalls during March and April for lung infection research including pneumonia and bronchiectasis, continue to be a huge success in UCLH atrium.
Supporters have bought more than a hundred of Jane’s handmade Easter and general cards and the Easter chocolates were extremely popular. A big thank you to Sostrene Grene for donating Easter goodies from their Tottenham Court Road shop and to friends of Jane’s for making beautifully decorated Easter baskets, knitted hedgehogs and knitted ducks each filled with a creme egg. The beautifully crafted beaded bee pens, earrings and gorgeous bag charms hand crafted and donated by one of Professor Brown’s patients very quickly sold at the Spring Stall on 17th April.
The March and April stalls have raised £467.26 for Professor Brown’s research.
If you’re around the hospital on 1st May, Jane would be delighted to see you and to welcome you to her beautiful stall table in the atrium.
