Melanie Shone is taking part in this Sunday’s Bupa Great North Run after being inspired by her friend, Maureen Valente, who has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
Maureen has suffered from IPF for five years and is dependent on oxygen 24 hours a day.
Thank you so much to Melanie for raising funds for Breathing Matters.
